Meeting Brittney and having her as my personal trainer was the best decision I had ever made and it changed my life! In February 2016 I was 37, weighed 410 pounds and was diagnosed with diabetes, sleep apnea, and edema in the legs. I had lower back pain for some time and couldn't stand past 30 minutes and had other complications that come with being very overweight and unhealthy. I would run out of breath each time I walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to my condo and I'd carry a handkerchief all the time as I would sweat everywhere I went. I didn't have any energy and was always tired, too tired to play with my 4 and 6 year olds and to take them out. My comfort zone was eating junk food, my couch and my TV. My shirts were 4XL and pants were a size 48 but I'm sure I was a size 50 as it got to the point where I had to unbotton them and rely on my belt to hold them up. On flights I was too big to fit in a coach seat so I'd get first class and request a seat belt extension. At this time, my Dr. had told me if I changed my lifestyle with proper nutrition and exercise, I could reverse my diabetes and sleep well without the use of machines, the CPAP machine was uncomfortable and intolerable and didn't help me sleep any better on the first and only night that I tried it. I decided I needed help from a personal trainer. I met with Brittney and I was so impressed by how knowledgeable she was in both fitness and nutrition and how she understood my situation. She explained what we would be doing and why and she would provide meal plans to follow that were connected to the workouts we would be doing. We started training right away and to this day we have not stopped nor do I ever plan on stopping! Thanks to Brittney, I've lost 170 pounds in a year and now weigh 240 pounds. At 38, I'm 100% diabetes free and off meds, sleep apnea is gone and I can fly coach without the need of a seat belt extension! My shirts are L, pants are down to size 36 and we are still going! Lower back pain and complications are all gone and I'm the healthiest I've ever been. Getting tired climbing stairs is a thing of the past now and never thought I would love running and doing cardio. Brittney is just an amazing person and great to work with. There's no such thing as routine with her. She's always changing it up, raising the intensity and pushing. "Larry was my personal trainer from about September 2010 to July 2011. It might be cliché but that period of my life was when my body went through its most positive change. Before I met Larry, I had a relatively healthy lifestyle but after meeting Larry I realized that I wasn't getting the full benefit from my workouts and diet.

Larry helped me in both my diet and exercise. In the gym, Larry provided a dynamic workout routine that would push my limits. He would also structure my diet so that it would complement the gym work out. WHY TRIANGLE THEORY TRAINING?

When Larry was competing in bodybuilding contests, he would often hear people say that getting “ripped” or in optimal shape was beyond their reach. Committing to a very strict diet while training multiple hours every day for three months at a time wasn’t something they could embrace.

While it’s true Larry trained very hard for bodybuilding events, he realized he himself couldn’t train that way all the time and achieve similar results. Larry knows a person’s body changes with age. In order for them to feel the best they could both mentally and physically, a new workout “system” needed to be introduced. Larry adopted a new mantra to his physical fitness philosophy: “Train smart first, train hard second.” After all, if a person sees diminishing returns after working out for a long period of time he or she is likely to quit due to emotional distress from doubt or boredom. So Larry created the Triangle Theory Training regimen. A system that incorporates three essential elements to help shape and maintain lasting changes to one’s body.
